My car buying experience. Can't say enough good about my experience at Jerry Ulm. Beginning with the assistance of Andrew Wyman and Mike Gero I made my decision to purchase my Can't say enough good about my experience at Jerry Ulm. Beginning with the assistance of Andrew Wyman and Mike Gero I made my decision to purchase my previously leased 2017 Jeep Compass. Then the fun was over, I had to pay. With the guidance and assistance of Finance Mgr Danny Daher, and although there were problems, this portion of my car buying experience went off much easier then I expected. Danny is intelligent, hard working, competent and personable. He makes Jerry Ulm customers feel like they are a valuable commodity. Thank you Jerry Ulm, Andrew, Mike and Danny. More

Working a deal & getting a manager's handshake means nothing If you were able to give less than a star, I would. Please keep in mind while reading this that CUSTOMER LOYALTY & A MANAGER'S HANDSHAKE MEAN NOTHING HERE because I have previously purchased a Dodge Ram here and had the handshake of a manager on the deal for my next Ram purchase from this dealership, when IT ALL WENT SOUTH. The absolute disregard for loyalty and disrespect of a returning customer (or customer at all for that matter) that I experienced was appalling and I hope to share this with possible future buyers to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I'd like to begin with the good because too many people find the time to complain and not compliment.I drove from Sarasota for over 2 hours to this dealership with exactly 1 truck in mind. I spoke with a very nice and helpful used car salesman named Manny Melvin numerous times on the drive. He met me at the door upon my arrival and immediately showed me the truck I came for and tried to show me another that was very similar, but it had sold. I looked over, questioned and test drove the truck I wanted and was ready to purchase. The truck was not in as great of shape as I had hoped and really could have been cleaned up during the 2 hours they knew I was driving to see it- but oh well- I still wanted it. (This is where the positive ends and the WORST DISPLAY OF POOR BUSINESS ETHICS BEGINS) We worked out a deal on the price and a manager named Mike Gero came over to close the deal. He tried repeatedly to raise the price some but after repeatedly explaining that I was at the max I could spend, he shook my hand and we agreed on an as-is deal. I had just finished counting out 14 thousand dollars in cash on their desk and handing over a bank check for the remaining balance, while they were getting the other set of keys and getting ready to wash it for me to take home, when....another manager approaches us as angry and rude as someone could be at a bar, never mind we are at a dealership (come to find out he was a different manager named LARRY BURTON), while shouting- "No, No! We are not going through with this the deal is off/over! I am selling this on Monday for more money!" I was dumbfounded. He refused to consider what had already transpired and could care less that this deal was done and there was even a hand-shake to seal the deal. I asked if he was kidding- I was waiting for someone to jump out and say I was on candid camera! Point in fact, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNTIL THEY HAVE DISPOSED OF PEOPLE LIKE LARRY BURTON WHO COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, LOYALTY, OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! I apologize for the long review but thought it needed to be known, plus I am a teacher and promised Mr. Burton I would type a well-written grammatically correct NEGATIVE REVIEW for how poorly he had treated me and my family during our visit to Jerry Ulm Dodge. So here it is! I hope some of you find this useful when choosing your next dealership to purchase a vehicle. There are too many Dodge dealerships around for Jerry Ulm to treat customers like this anymore. Happy Easter! More

Ram 1500 Everyone at Jerry Ulm CDJR was very helpfull and courteous. My salesman Al Gomez went above and beyond to make sure I was making the right decisions! Everyone at Jerry Ulm CDJR was very helpfull and courteous. My salesman Al Gomez went above and beyond to make sure I was making the right decisions! He took his time and never made me feel rushed. He's very professional and informative! I was also helped by Ali Siklaoui, who is new to the sales department. He gave me great service and attention and went out of his way to make sure everything was going smoothly. If he didn't have the answer to a question at the moment, he made sure I had it before I left. I think he will be a great asset to the dealership! Also, sales manager Mike Gero was very nice and professional during the negotiation process and I felt like I got a fair deal. And a big thanks goes out to sales manager Wade Monroe for smoothing out a rough patch in the deal by suggesting and allowing me to special order a new Ram truck directly from the factory. He even threw in a bonus! I will rate this dealership as "AAA Plus" for overall courtesy, performance and customer satisfaction! I look forward to doing business with them again and I will return for my next vehicle purchase. More
