Top notch salesmanship and finance experience. I rated this dealership 5 stars but they deserve 10!!! We bought my wife a new honda accord from this dealership last year, and were amazed by the co I rated this dealership 5 stars but they deserve 10!!! We bought my wife a new honda accord from this dealership last year, and were amazed by the courtesy and friendliness of everyone associated with honda of Cleveland. Our time spent there was comfortable and conversation was enjoyable and entertaining, so the time passed fast while we were dealt with. We just bought another vehicle (a used truck) and we were extended the same friendly and courteous service as before. Fred Stewart was the salesman we dealt with for our truck, and We couldn't have asked for a nicer person to deal with. He was knowledgable and detailed about the vehicle and we felt he was happy to help us. We told him what we wanted and he delivered! In my view he was outstanding as a representative of Honda of Cleveland! When it came time to go through the closing, Mike Hamby made the details of the final paperwork simple and understandable for us. He was very professional and got for us what we feel was a great finance deal. We are sure this dealership is the best Honda dealership in the southeast, FOR SURE!!!! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Honda, or a used vehicle Honda of Cleveland, Tennessee. More

Excellent Customer Service and Experience Start to Finish I was in the market for a used small to mid size SUV, and was very sensitive to price and quality. In my research I kept coming back to Honda of Cleve I was in the market for a used small to mid size SUV, and was very sensitive to price and quality. In my research I kept coming back to Honda of Cleveland. Price wise they beat everyone for hundreds of miles around on every comparable vehicle I looked at that they had in stock. Then came their dedication to quality....they simply would not sell me a car that was not up to their standards and exceeded my expectations. I was interested (to the point of scheduling an appointment to come from over an hour away to drive the vehicle) in a particular SUV, but the day I was scheduled to come it was found that the vehicle had an issue that was previously undiscovered. They called me immediately to inform me and apologize about the situation. A few days later the salesman, Stephen Hailey, followed up with me to let me know they had gotten in a comparable vehicle that was in "pristine" condition. From there things moved rather quickly....test drive, negotiations, trade in, financing....Everything was flawless, almost seemed too easy! Stephen is one of the best I have dealt with in the car business: friendly, informative, helpful, thorough, laid back, and on the spot with communication. Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Highly Recommend Honda of Cleveland without reservation. More

Honda Engine/electrical problems on Interstate 75 North We were traveling north on Interstate 75 when our engine light came on and the engine cut off. I was able to get off at the next exit, 20. I saw a sign for the Ford Dealer 1 mile away and turned right on highway 74 looking for the Ford Dealership. We went 1 mile and took the 1st exit on to Highway 64 and there was Honda of Cleveland. We found Honda of Cleveland by pure chance. We arrived at 6:15pm and Shaine Hamby met us and explained that the service center was closed but they would look at our car first thing in the morning to determine what the problem was. Shaine, Robert Lawson and Jaime Burns helped us locate a Holiday Inn and call a cab. Within 30 minutes our car was safe and my wife Morrell and I were on our way to the hotel. At 7:30 am Mark Duncan called to say they would check out the car and call as soon as they knew what the problem was and they would send Martha Malinowski to pick us up at our hotel. Martha picked us up at 10:00am and returned us to Honda of Cleveland. While we waited for the completion of the repair work we met Jerry Anderson and he provided us with information of new Hondas as we are now in the market to place our 2005 Acord. He explained the current sales programs and features of the new Hondas. Jerry was through, helpful and most knowledgeable. Mark and his team, Roger Russel and William Oltz were just finishing up the replacement of the Solenoid that was the problem. The car was repaired and we thanked everyone and got back on Interstate 75. We were so lucky to have found Honda of Cleveland. Mark Duncan called about 20 minutes later to see if everything was working - which it was. The expertise, service and hospitality was outstanding. Two total strangers - my wife and I - with an emergency Honda automobile problem on Interstate 75 ended up by pure chance at Honda of Cleveland and received the welcome, hospitality and service of a long time customer. I have never had better service addressing an auto issue - ever!! When we arrived at our destination - Alexandria, VA that evening we called Mark to let him know that we had completed our trip safely. We wish we lived in Cleveland, TN and could have our car serviced at Honda of Cleveland all the time. More
