Brandon was amazing from the beginning until the end of my purchase. He made sure to look at all the options available, and helped me select the perfect car. Found the perfect car for me! I'm one who does her homework. I test drove and studied several vehicles I thought I might like. It wasn't until I drove a Lexus that I was complete I'm one who does her homework. I test drove and studied several vehicles I thought I might like. It wasn't until I drove a Lexus that I was completely impressed. Lucky for me, Mike Kahuk was my salesperson. Super nice, not pushy at all. I never felt like I was being talked into a sale. We started with a RX350 and I quickly moved to the hybrid version of the same: RX450h. Mike was instrumental in getting me the price I was comfortable paying. And as someone else mentioned, there was a dent that I noticed right after and Mike took care of that for me. I really felt like I was family and that he was there to make sure I was 100% happy! Love my Lexus! More

It has been a pleasure to receive such top notch customer service from Mike Kahuk. In this day and age, great customer service is so hard to find, but Mike made us believe it still existed and I can't thank service from Mike Kahuk. He took care of us like we were his family and went the extra mile to see if we were happy and satisfied with our new car purchase. He made sure my daughter was safe and in good hands from the moment he met her to the moment she drove off.
