Tiffany lost my vehicle keys. Not a major issue but she told me that someone else accidentally took the keys and he would bring them back the next day. So the next day came and we Not a major issue but she told me that someone else accidentally took the keys and he would bring them back the next day. So the next day came and went. I called Tiffany and asked about the keys. She's said she would try again and give me a call. Nope she never called. So again a week later I called. I was told she would call me back and nothing. It's been almost 3 weeks and now shes just ignoring the situation. I really don't care about the keys. I did get a new one but I had a gun safe key on that key ring and now the safe is absolutely pointless without out the key. The bigger problem is the fact that she just straight up lied about something so stupid. She could have told me they lost them and not made up a stupid lie. Makes me not trust bringing my vehicle there when it seems as if everytime we are there they say we need thousands of dollars of repairs. Hmmmm. Yeah I'll bring my vehicles elsewhere from now on. More

Mike did a great job keeping me updated as I waited for my parts to come in. Service was fast and efficient on receiving the parts.
