Bernie DOES IT AGAIN--3rd car in 2020 and between my husband and 2 kids, we have purchased over 15 cars from Bernie over the past 18 years!!! And like always, Bernie listens and really cares. What makes this experience even more meaningful, was that Bernie contacted us about the amazing deals, and was super patient with us. Bernie and his team went WAY OVER and BEYOND AGAIN...we didn't love the color they had at RRB, so they FOUND the White Edge ST...and had it brought here to Rockford. Even though it took extra steps and time, Bernie was very kind and patient...and made sure it was PERFECT for us! He truly showed us HOW MUCH HE CARES about OUR feelings...not just to make it easy for him and his team. Rick, Jason, David and Mike were all also GREAT!!! Again, all were very patient, and made us feel comfortable with yet another 2 GREAT Edge's!!! This was a BIG step for us going from an Explorer to an Edge...and wow, we made a GREAT decision!
