I had a very good experience with the Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe dealership on my purchase of a Forester. I worked with multiple salespeople (James and Allie), a sales manager (Joe), their finance departm Wickliffe dealership on my purchase of a Forester. I worked with multiple salespeople (James and Allie), a sales manager (Joe), their finance department (Mike), and an after sale customer delivery specialist (Robert). I started using the Ken Ganley Subaru service department last year when the Subaru dealership I was using for my Legacy kept canceling my service appointments because of a lack of techs. KG Wickliffe has a last year when the Subaru dealership I was using for my Legacy kept canceling my service appointments because of a lack of techs. KG Wickliffe has a great service department so when it was time to purchase my new car I worked with Jay who is a great sales member and I bought the Outback I wanted without a hassle. Very good experience and I'll continue using the service department. More
