I worked for almost 15 years at another store and love where I am now at Southbank Dodge. I've met so many nice people over the years and have made many friends. I get to visit each time they come in for an oil change or service. It's our job to make it a smooth transition into the vehicle a client wants. Customer service extends far beyond the sale of a car. We found ourselves at Southbank Dodge in September 2022 after spending hours online trying to source the perfect vehicle to support our vanlife retirement ambitions. Having had no luck, we decided to purch after spending hours online trying to source the perfect vehicle to support our vanlife retirement ambitions. Having had no luck, we decided to purchase directly from the dealership. Our initial purchase experience was seamless, and we started our 4-8 month wait. And we waited. And waited. And waited. I should mention here that each time I popped in to the dealership for information, I was greeted courteously and professionally. Fast forward to September 2023. Global supply chain issues continued to be a problem. Worse still, somewhere along the way our order had been cancelled! Mike Thomas called and apologized personally for the error, even though it wasn't his, and vowed to make it right. Reordering with Mike was a breeze. He's forthcoming and honest, and isn't in to pushy upselling tactics. He promised to keep us informed about where things were at, and he did (when we were assigned a VIN, when the van went in to production etc). I think Mike was almost as excited as we were when our "baby" finally arrived. Pick up was fast and straightforward, and the requisite after sale meeting wasn't overly pushy. Holly and Mike were generous listeners to our upfitting plans, and took new owner photos for posterity. We'll bring our baby back to Southbank Dodge for service and look forward to seeing our new friends on our visits. Thanks Mike and all the Southbank Dodge crew for a great experience! More

Amazing and fast service. I was in for oil change the previous day and needed a repair done and got appointment literally the next day Friday early in am.. Madeline got me in I was in for oil change the previous day and needed a repair done and got appointment literally the next day Friday early in am.. Madeline got me in super early. When I arrived I was again greeted by Tyler and Dan and Madeline. All ready to get my Jeep checked in and serviced. Tyler verified my appointment and got me in the system. While my Jeep was get repaired he also gave me some prices on future tires and things I asked about.and new side rails bumpers etc.. and Dan also assisted in suggestions on upgrades to my Jeep and future repairs to make it last longer. Madeline always smiling and making sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything in waiting room. She also checked up on my jeep few times to see how long it would be..and jet me updated. While I’m waiting room Emily also approached me and asked how I was doing and if I needed anything or assistance.. it didn’t take long before my Jeep was ready. Tyler came in and smiled and said “MR pruner your Jeep is ready And explained all that was done. On the way to pay rod and rj passed by me and both greeted me and also asked if I needed assistance. Repairs were done perfect and I’m very impressed with the speed and accuracy and amazing work that your staff and technicians do Tyler Dan RJ Madeline Emily and Rad and Brent and entire staff are amazing. They all are ready to. Assist me when I’m there and it’s very rare to see this amazing service anywhere. Most places you go you are just a number and treated as such. But at southbank the entire staff is more like a family team and it feels great. I drive all the way from brockville just to come to southbank because of the great quality of service. Service was amazing Tyler greeted me and took my keys and asked what I was getting done Oil change. And was friendly . Told me to grab a coffee and relax in waiting room. He and rj anlways annswer anll my questions And as I was on way there I saw Madeline. She was her cheerful self. Always smiling and happy. She goes out of her way to be polite and kind and . Asked me how I was and what I was in there for. She told me she would keep me updated on my Jeep and asked me if i had any questions etc.and as I was waiting in coffee area Emily also stopped to say hi and smiled and asked me what I was in for and if i had any questioned. She noticed my phone was dead and offered me a charger to use while I waited and that was very nice of her and very kind. I really appreciated that 😀 as I needed my phone. Charged. Great customer service thanks . while waiting rad and rj and dan and mike Thomas walked by and all greeted me and all asked how I was etc. the staff at southbank is absolutely amazing. It’s like a big family there literally. And they make me feel at home. I literally live 1 hour and half away and only deal with southbank for all my maintenance. RAM #7 and counting all purchase or leased from Mike Thomas. I have been dealing with Mike for over 20 years and would never purchase from anyone else but Mike. He takes the time to go over everything Thomas. I have been dealing with Mike for over 20 years and would never purchase from anyone else but Mike. He takes the time to go over everything with you is never pushing the sale, tells you like it is and is an honest person. We have known Mike since 2007 and he has been nothing more than a friend or should I say a family member to us. We have bought 5 vehicles from him and he as always kept us in the loop. But I bid say to them for my own reasons not to mention our names so he can be honest and respectful to them without being able to influence his or their disition.
