The buying experience I had at Rallye BMW with sales Advisor Mitch Levy was subpar and not something I expected at Rallye BMW. Besides the non-existent knowledge of the car, he’s was unprofessional, pas Advisor Mitch Levy was subpar and not something I expected at Rallye BMW. Besides the non-existent knowledge of the car, he’s was unprofessional, passive and seemed overly pushy for a sale. In addition, after I went ahead with the purchase, I was promised a date & time for pickup and when I got there, surprise surprise, it wasn’t ready and awkwardly sat at his desk for over 1.5 hours while Mitchell was no where to be found. When he finally showed up, everything was then rushed because he had other commitments. My experience at Rallye was beyond disappointing and my business will never be going to Rallye BMW even though I’ve been shopping at the Rallye group for close to 20 years! My only positive interaction at this dealership was for the front desk attendant, who was very welcoming and the financial manager, Mr. Hasan Barakat; he was very detailed in explaining everything and if I displayed any confusion, he would explain it in ways I can understand as financial lingo was never my thing. He was a superstar, an EXPERT at what he does and the only reason I didn’t axe the deal. Thank you, Mr. Barakat! More
