However Mike Price was clear and overly met our expectations. We were in and out in literally 4 hours with a new car. More

Kelly Thomas was fast, friendly and helpful when we picked up our Subaru. She was excited and happy for us and made the whole experience enjoyable. Tim Murray in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was not, however, prepared for the "sell" of additional warranties/insurance. Meeting any of the internet sales reps, S. Cook or M. Gosh--would have been a nice touch. More

My used car buying experience My wife and I stopped in to this dealership to look at some used vehicles. Our sales person, Mike, asked us what we were looking for and focused in o My wife and I stopped in to this dealership to look at some used vehicles. Our sales person, Mike, asked us what we were looking for and focused in on those specific vehicles. Mike did not try to sell us something out of our requested price and mileage. He let us test drive a vehicle that we had some interest in, and after our test drive was willing to negotiate the price. We came to an agreed upon price that was fair and attractive. We went ahead with the purchase and everything was done smoothly and professionally. We found the dealership to be top notch. It has a great selection of vehicles and an impressive test drive track. We would definitely recommend this dealership to other people who are looking for a new or used vehicle. More

So far the best Subaru dealership Ive been to! This dealership was excellent. The staff was friendly and not at all pushy. I came in the first day to do a little research and to test drive a Forest This dealership was excellent. The staff was friendly and not at all pushy. I came in the first day to do a little research and to test drive a Forester (I previously drove an Impreza for 8 year and also a legacy). They were patient with me, and did not try to pressure me. I was not comfortable doing the transaction without my mom, so I came back the next day with her. Ehab was knowledable and very patient with me. He dealt with all of my questions and requests without giving me the impression that I was irriatating (which I know I can be!) He was attentive to my mom and ran to get her a snack when the process was taking longer than we expected. (I changed my mind about the trim of the vehicle, easily adding another 45 minutes to our 3 hour visit!). He ran and got me two different cars than the trim that I had originally picked out. He was awesome! I would also like to mention the finance guy (manager) - Tony M. I spoke to him both of the days that I visited, obviously at length the day of the sale. Zero pressure and just very informative and polite. This dealership was clean, fully stocked with drinks and snacks, and had great music, too. I will be back and I will recommend this dealership and it’s staff. I won’t name the other dealerships that I have dealt with before, but even though this one is far from me, it will be my go-to. More
