I drove from South Dakota to Minnetonka for a car I had my sights on; I made this trip because I could tell from talking to them on the phone that they truly care about my car buying experience. My car shopping experience with Montrell Yancy and his new car manager Barb Bowman was nothing short of exceptional! Unfortunately I was short on time and incentives changed, but they were both willing to go the extra mile to bring the vehicle I wanted to their lot so I could test drive it and I was allowed to test drive multiple vehicles with no questions asked. Talk about good customer service. If you are in the market for a Mazda, be sure to ask for Montrell and Barb! More
