These guys SUCK! I factory ordered a 2015 GTI January 13, 2015. Promised delivery 90-120 days. Here it is June 18, no car, no communication, no refund. The sales manager, Joe Riccobene does not reply to my emails nor did Moses Quiroz whom I cc'd on my last refund request to Riccobene. Very unprofessional! Now I'm dealing with the hassle of disputing the deposit charge with my cc company. Avoid Platinum VW!!! More

Worst experience of my life!!!! I went in interested in a CPO Passat I saw on their website. Manny Lucas was my salesman, whom was very nice guy. I drove it & loved it. When I left I got a call from Moses asking me to come in he had good news. I went in the next day. All was working out smoothly! Thought it was too good to be true. But I did purchase the car & was very happy. But within the first two weeks the engine light came on ... So I brought it to service. They fixed it. But a few weeks later it happened again. The service dept is not that accomdating you have have a day off to take it in on their time. So here's where it goes sour. Not only is the engine light on but also the tire & air bag light are on. I only had it two months. Today I take it in , sitting there for three hours!! They tell me I need new brakes !! What?? But I just got the car!! I say no way I'm not paying $400! It should be under warranty. Few minutes later after wanting to talk to service manger , he said oh your brakes are fine. It was a mistake!!! Hmmm. So they replace part for engine. But air bags need to be fixed but yet they let me take the car home. So I leave & drive to the dealership to speak to the sales man. I start telling Moses's the situation & out of no where a man begins yelling at me & calling me a liar from across the room!! I looked at Moses & said who is that guy? The rude man yelling said "I'm the owner". He then proceeded to yell more & tell me to leave & don't come back !!! xxx!!! This was unbelievable to me!! What did I do wrong or do for this horrible person to yell at me to leave. His name is Josh & is supposedly the owner of this place. Shame on him. He is not well! I would never recommend that dealer ship because of him. He has not heard the last from me. After all , my air bags are not working on my CPO Passast!!! More

She tailored absolutely everything to my needs, while being conscious that I had a budget I wanted to stick to. She was so incredibly sweet and helpful with absolutely everything. She sent me an e-mail 1ce sometimes 2ce a day just to give me updates on my car. When I went to trade-in my car, she was even outside shining the exterior! Now THAT's customer service! I also worked with Joe and Moses who were so incredibly kind and helpful as well. I would definitely ask for Darlene though if you go here, she went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more happy with the experience she provided me. THANK YOU DARLENE YOU'RE THE BEST! :) More

They were so helpful that my mother wound up buying a new car that day as well, and she had a year and a half left on her lease. Here's what we can do and for what price with NO PRESSURE. No annoying phone calls or e-mails. Just a very friendly sales team with no hassles. BTW: not only was my new Passat sparkling, they even washed my old plates. Not a big thing but just indicative that someone still cares about the details. GREAT experience.
