I've returned to the dealership a couple of times to have this issue rectified. Spencer Ramos keeps saying that he's not receiving the receipt for the key replacements. It's weird that the email is not bouncing back and I cc'd myself and my mother and we both received it. This dealership is not professional by no means. Spencer Ramos told me that I would be reimbursed for the keys that had to be gotten in order for me to drive my car and get in and out of. Just refund what is owed.
