The service center may be OK but your customer service is terrible. I have called and spoke to somebody three times asking for a callback never getting it. **Update- I must say, it takes a woman to do what 10 men couldn't do. Cheyanne was able to make things right. Buying both of my homes was much smoother that this. I have been lied to so many times, and I’m still trying to follow up with no response. Have driven there so many times just to get in front of a person. Probably going to have to go up there again. Unfortunately no one is ever available and are all so busy they can’t help when you go there. More
