The best car purchase experience I have ever had. Mo was great to work with. He took his time explaining everything. The dealership makes you feel like family. No one rushed me. Mo is a great person for finding the right vehicle and doesn't waste your time with nonsense sales tactics and gives his honest perspective on what he thinks would work best for you. If you decide to leas doesn't waste your time with nonsense sales tactics and gives his honest perspective on what he thinks would work best for you. If you decide to lease from Royal Moore, definitely ask for Mo! When it comes to the rest of Royal Moore, unfortunately while no unpleasantness was exchanged between myself and the staff, I was informed second hand that certain individuals had not only disparaged my occupation but had expressed they did not want to continue to do business. This was pretty disappointing, and a little upsetting, as up until this point I had a very positive opinion of the business. I managed to get my business handled elsewhere, about 40 minutes away, but had any effort been made to reach out and discuss options, I would have been happy to come back once their standards had been met. While there are shining stars like Mo at this dealership, there are definitely options out there that conduct themselves more professionally. More

Sleezy dealership with bad business practices. Nathan and Nate blantenly lied to me when I was purchasing my Subaru. I explained my situation and asked about co-signing options prior to even doing Nathan and Nate blantenly lied to me when I was purchasing my Subaru. I explained my situation and asked about co-signing options prior to even doing credit. They spot sold me the car, didn’t tell me it wasn’t finalized, and made me drop everything to return it to them the next day. Told me I wasn’t allowed a co-signer and went back on everything they said we could do. I called later and spoke to Nathan, out if there were any steps we can take so I can appeal or get another car and they told me they didn’t want to do business with me because “I’m not a happy customer”. Nathan had me speak to Nate, the finance manager. He was even ruder than Nathan. He lied and told me the DMV didn’t take scanned signatures and they needed to be wet. I quoted ORS 803.094, which refers to electronic signatures in Oregon and it is permitted on DMV documents. To make it worse, when we bought our other car a month prior, he had us sign everything on the iPad. Either we were lied to or they themselves are not following Oregon DMV standards He then went on to personally insult me and he told me he only “works with happy customers”. I pointed out we were unhappy he didn’t do his due diligence or let us submit other documents to the lender. I asked him how he sleeps at night and he became hostile accused me of yelling at him and called me hysterical. (I’m a woman by the way. This leads me to believe Nate looks down on women). Which tracks. When we worked with him for our other car he only really talked to my partner and not directly to me. He was incredibly condescending and rude. Apart from being rude and being liars, I don’t think they follow FTC, and they didn’t due diligence in informing of us of being fully approved, or allowing us to submit additional documents. When I spoke to Nate I said I was happy to get the co-signer they said I could use or submit additional documents. He refused to let us do anything and told us to go elsewhere. We asked all of these questions and shared out information prior to running credit. Nathan and Nate both said it would all be fine. Too be very honest, I wouldn’t be such an “unhappy customer “ if Nathan and Nate had been remotely nice, empathetic, or treated us with basic human decency once they found out we weren’t going to line their pockets with money. I highly urge anyone to go anywhere else but here. They either lied to us or their staff is uneducated and misleading people. If you do have the misfortune of going there I recommend you review the Oregon DOJ on car buying. They passed through some taxes on my car that were misleading. I also asked about not reveling my plates after 8 weeks twice and I was given 3 different answers. More
