Couldn't be more pleased Neil was great from the beginning to end. I was only trying to decide if I wanted a new car, I wasn't sure until he explained about the Forte and all Neil was great from the beginning to end. Mechelle and Neil were my salespeople and they were very honest, told me my credit was good and I got a new Soul! So excited and love the color! Mechelle and Neil are awesome! What you deserve! Kia of Pensacola saved us! And they were honest gave us our choices and completely worked with us to get us in the exact car we wanted. We went to fo Kia of Pensacola saved us! We went to fort Walton kia where we were lied to and told we couldn't choose our car and had to take the one they gave us or nothing at all....I knew it wasn't right so I called KIA OF PENSACOLA FL. THEY TOLD ME TO COmE IN RIGHT AWAY... they let me choose MY car and gave me more on my trade in then the other dealership they did everything in their power to make this transaction about me and what I wanted they gave me a voice!! I an forever grateful and would refer anyone to them!!!! Neil is amazing and accommodated us in every way.. they even drove the other car back to fort Walton and picked up my trade so that we wouldn't have to deal with any of it!!!! We ARE SO OVER THE MOON WITH OUR NEW CAR THANK YOU KIA AUTOSPORT IF PENSACOLA!!! More

My new car! I have watched this little car for at least a year. I sat in a few.. the leg room is great ! I like the fact that i sit up higher than a normal car, I have watched this little car for at least a year. I sat in a few.. the leg room is great ! I like the fact that i sit up higher than a normal car, so I'm not "digging myself out of the car". I can basically step in and step out. A great feature as my knees have a few years on them. There are so many safety features in the Kia Soul. My model came with the panoramic sun roof....I love it !! In dash GPS.... Hands free phone access..... Surround sound speakers.... Surround air bags... Drop down engine for safety in a head on collision...(hopefully I will never use these last 2 features ) I also have this feature that alerts me when someone is in my blind spot !! We all need that extra pair of "eyes". So many jokes about the car with the hamster inside.... that's all i need for day to day driving.... fuel efficient... small carbon footprint from a hamster..... BUT, I have the TURBO !!! so, power when I need it !! So, i stopped by Kia Autosport in Pensacola, Florida, talked to Neil in sales.... he made the numbers work with a generous trade in allowance..... and now she is mine ! Neil gave me a tour of the facility and took me to my newly washed, fueled and inspected car. He went over all the features again and connected my phone to the car. Made sure i installed the app on my phone... and that I was comfortable before i drove away. Neil told me not to hesitate to call him for any reason and even offered to pick my car up for it's maintenance service in the future If you haven't seen a Kia lately.... stop by, check them out !! I got what I wanted at a great price. I was comfortable with them and felt no pressure to buy. 10/10 recommend! Thanks guys!! More
