I much prefer to work with the smaller market dealerships because of their focus on the customer relationship. The experience is more like luxury brands in that you feel valued and appreciated as a customer because of their focus on the customer relationship. The experience is more like luxury brands in that you feel valued and appreciated as a customer and not just another sale. Dick Scott Motor Mall was no exception. Everyone I came across was personable and professional and made me feel very comfortable from the test drive through signing of the title work. No over selling, no one liners, just honest and forward negotiation. Next time I'm in the market for a FCA vehicle this will be my dealership. More
