There are a number of deal For a number of years my boys have watched me travel an hour to Fowlerville to pick up new cars from Dick Scott Motor mall. There are a number of dealers close to our home. My youngest son just picked up his third new car from this dealer, the first he had to pay for on his own, After a stopping at a few dealers, close to his home, he chose to drive to Fowlerville to pick out a car. The dealership has a great website, easy to navigate, and a great selection of new vehicles. Jud Scott operates a smooth running operation, and is focused on customer service. They make buying a car a pleasant event rather than a stressful necessity at this dealership. More

Poor Experience I decided to trade in our 2013 Chrysler 300 when I learned that it needed a new cylinder head. I told the salesman that I was unhappy about needing a I decided to trade in our 2013 Chrysler 300 when I learned that it needed a new cylinder head. I told the salesman that I was unhappy about needing a repair costing $2,400 after 66,000 miles which caused me to either repair it or trade it earlier than I planned. He offered a trade in value of $11,000 and I agreed, but when the deal was being finalized he came back from talking to the sales manager and told me he had made a mistake. He said he thought the car had only 6600 miles, and they could only offer a trade in of $9,500. I should have left, but my wife, who is handicapped, was with me and we had already waited three hours for the deal to be processed, so I reluctantly accepted. Also I noticed the dealership manager walking through the salesroom several times. Although he knew we were buying a car from the dealership, he never said hello or thanked us. More
