Service that makes you feel good I purchased my truck and jeep both from this dealership which in both cases was a great experience. My sales person is Nelson Cypher who I believe to I purchased my truck and jeep both from this dealership which in both cases was a great experience. My sales person is Nelson Cypher who I believe to be one of the nicest and caring individuals that you would want to help you with choosing and purchasing a vehicle. I take both vehicles in for service and am treated like family. Scott Combs, Bob Wachterhauser , Scot Butash and Nick(new guy) always greet me with a smile and handshake and a "How are you, it's nice to see you". Mr. Cypher patiently and in great detail questioned me about my wants and needs in a new car: type, size, price point, buy or lease, etc. When an agreement was reached, finance arrangement was easy, and I was ready to go.
