Never thought buying a car would be so easy! Andrew made the process very sufficient. He was very professional, patient and understood my circumstances and all my questions. After agreeing on my Andrew made the process very sufficient. He was very professional, patient and understood my circumstances and all my questions. After agreeing on my deal, he kept in touch and made the process less stressful compared to the past times trying to get into a new vehicle. Colonial Honda had a great inventory of used vehicles to choose from at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly. Nemesio Sousa was very helpful from the start of my visit until I drove off the lot w choose from at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly. Nemesio was very professional from the start of the transaction until the finish. He represents your dealership well. I would recommend him to my family and friends. I would not recommend your servic transaction until the finish. He represents your dealership well. I would recommend him to my family and friends. I would not recommend your service department. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection sticker and had to wait more than one and a half hours. My time is valuable, and if it weren’t part of my sale, I would have gone elsewhere. When I test drove my vehicle, the tire light was on. Nemesio said the service department would take care of it. I had my SUV for just over a week and my tire light came back on. Same tire! I had a two inch nail in my tire. Your service department did nothing but put air in the tire to get the light to go out. They never checked the tire. I had it patched elsewhere. Again, I would recommend Nemesio because he did a fantastic job. I got what I wanted for my trade, and it worked out with the payments. Your service department leaves a lot to be desired. More
