It started out with Nick, Scott and Cory who were great at getting me into a car. However, the car was not really what I wanted. So i called Scott from work the next day asking what my options are. He then at getting me into a car. However, the car was not really what I wanted. So i called Scott from work the next day asking what my options are. He then directed me to his Manager Maya who was on another line and he said she would call me back. Maya called me within a couple minutes and we worked together on a solution over the phone. When I got off work a few hours later and went back to the Dealership, Scott and Maya had my car ready for me. Taylor had me sign and I was out the door in like 30 minutes. Grover listened to all my concerns and delivered- he actually went above and beyond by finding the one vehicle I told him I had the fondest memories of owning and thought they stopped making it!
