Thank you to Don Mealey of Chevrolet of Clermont for making my car purchase an extremely easy experience. Everyone at the dealership emulated honesty and trustworthiness with the process and selection o making my car purchase an extremely easy experience. Everyone at the dealership emulated honesty and trustworthiness with the process and selection of my vehicle. My salesperson Nicholas Riccardo from the beginning was overwhelmingly knowledgeable of the Chevy Trax and made it an easy decision to purchase one. He explained from the exterior to the interior and the test drive every question that I had. Never once did he not seem engaged with repeated questions that I had. His calm demeanor and sincere caring for the consumer was a welcomed sight. He was never like the pushy salesman that you might see at other dealerships. All the rebates and warranty coverages were described in full before the sale. After the sale, all the functional aspects and controls of the vehicle were displayed to me and made the experience of owning a digital vehicle very easy. Nicholas Riccardo is a true asset to the company and this dealership. My finance manager Joseph Anthony made the money part go smooth. He alerted me to extras that I might need or want but was never pushy. The time spent getting explanations and the signing process was short and sweet. I would also like to thank the front desk managers RC and Rodney in securing my vehicle and working hard for me. I wish once again to thank Don Mealey Chevrolet in Clermont for being the best dealership any one could ask for. More

Nick is the best of the best. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Every sales person we encountered was helpful and friendly. Rodney got the deal approved and Chris in the Internet department was a wealth of information and really made the whole process a breeze! Last but not least we worked with Joe in finance. He is professional and laid back which made for a great finale for our experience. More

My husband and I went to look at SUVs and left with a new car. Nick Riccardo is an amazing salesperson. He was patient and thorough in answering all of our questions about the SUVs we were interested in. We car. Nick Riccardo is an amazing salesperson. He was patient and thorough in answering all of our questions about the SUVs we were interested in. We didn’t feel pressured by him or anyone at the dealership. He made sure we were happy with the numbers and left with a vehicle we truly loved. Carlos in finance was also very thorough and organized in paperwork - he explained all our options and maintenance plans so we knew what we would be paying for when we left. I fully recommend this dealership for anyone who has experienced horrible customer service at other dealerships. I’m a Don Mealey Chevrolet customer 100% because of Nick’s amazing customer service. Nick Riccardo and Johnathan Roberts were great! Nick Riccardo was great and very patient. I would do business with him again. Our experience with Miguel Sanchez came close to us walking out and n Nick Riccardo was great and very patient. I would do business with him again. Our experience with Miguel Sanchez came close to us walking out and not completing the deal. He was extremely rude and questioned our numbers and my wife's ability to understand APR's and scale. Low and behold she was correct and his numbers were off. When he left he shook my hand and not hers. He later came back to apologize, but it was a little late. If he was the only Finance person that day, we would have walked and not returned. We completed our financing with Johnathan Roberts and he was exceptional!! More
