We were fortunate to have Ashley de la Rosa as and the amazing Ron Khanna working with us when we visited Toyota Town last weekend. We were beyond happy with our experience. Ashley knew her stuff and carefully explained to us all of our options and answered our questions since we weren't totally sure what we were looking for. On top of all that, she was so awesome with our energetic four-year-old son that he wanted her to come home with us. Ron was the best--he helped us consider the pros and cons of buying v. leasing and gave us an amazing deal on our Highlander. We really felt at home at Toyota Town and will not hesitate send our friends and family to Toyota Town of Stockton when they are looking for a new car. I wanted to trade in my existing Rav 4 for a new Corolla and no dealership in Fresno was giving me the help I was asking for considering I was calling from out of state. Ashley took care of me and gave me a steal on the price of my new Corolla! She made sure that all paperwork and processes were taken care of prior to my arrival.
