I can't say enough about the no pressure environment and genuinely mellow vibe throughout the store including the finance experience. I have come to find and expect that I do not receive same in return. My husband is a great fan of Lester Glen and has purchased 3 vehicles from them in the last 13 years. After this purchase and experiencing the Lester Glen experience, I am a firm believer. Everyone we dealt with from Adam, our salesman, Joe ~GM, Glen ~SM and Nick, finance manager --all were pleasant, informed, communicative and fully invested in making a sale that was mutually beneficial. Most impressive to me, their respectful ways in speaking about competitors and discounts. Most people do not understand that what is said about another person and/or business is more of a reflection on the person speaking...not of whom is being spoken about. Hubby was very pleased with the lovely lunch they provided. Well done, gentlemen. I am impressed. No small feat :) More

Great Day At Lester Glenn 3 years ago we leased an Equinox from Lester Glenn. Now we needed a new vehicle. We shopped and shopped and shopped and found nothing that matched our 3 years ago we leased an Equinox from Lester Glenn. Now we needed a new vehicle. We shopped and shopped and shopped and found nothing that matched our requirements. We returned to Lester Glenn and spoke with Bill Caffyn again. Just like last time, Bill listened and showed us a new Equinox. Although it would have filled our needs Bill sensed he could do better for us.Bill suggested a Traverse. It was "PERFECT". It met and exceeded our requirements and expectations in all areas. New, size, comfort, equipment and of course price. Bill being the pro he is, sensed the Equinox wasn't exactly what we were looking for. The Traverse is. I was foolish shopping at other dealerships. In 39 months we'll be back at Lester Glenn to speak with Bill and let him make us another great deal. Bill, Nick, Jennifer and the entire Lester Glenn gang should be commended. More

Very quick process We were looking for a nice first car for our son. After looking online we found the car we were looking for. We were there at lunch time and the Lester Glenn Dealership next to us was barbequing and Lou Cipriani was ni Thank you for a No Pressure experience. We were there at lunch time and the Lester Glenn Dealership next to us was barbequing and Lou Cipriani was nice enough to get hot dogs and hamburgers for my husband, my grandaughter & myself. What a great experience. WE have never been treated like friends before at any Dealership and we have been dealing with car dealers for a very long time.
