No Pressure When we first walked into the dealership we met Dan Souza. We informed him that we were not ready to purchase a new vehicle and were only looking. Thanks to the Staff at Jaguar of Ft. Myers Derek, Nick and Morgan were great to work with. They showed me a Jaguar and Range Rover. Both were great vehicles but we settled on the Jaguar XF. The Derek, Nick and Morgan were great to work with. They showed me a Jaguar and Range Rover. Both were great vehicles but we settled on the Jaguar XF. They showed us the service department while the paperwork was being processed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I am sure that level of service will continue throughout my ownership. More

Outstanding Customer service Purchased my car in April from Dino who was outstanding. Since purchasing the car I've had to go back to have him help sync another iPhone which he made us feel like we are friends, which we are friends now. We want to thank Nick for the time he spent with us as well. The experience was great and I love my car. More

Fabulous Car, Fabulous Buying Experience with every employee This dealership was very professional and straight to the point. I looked in Naples first since that is where I live, but being a woman in business, This dealership was very professional and straight to the point. I looked in Naples first since that is where I live, but being a woman in business, I always get a second bid on everything I do. The Naples dealership was very courteous, but since Fort Myers was not that far away I contacted them via phone to see what color cars were available & on their lot. I told Deborah the details on my trade and what I was looking for. She immediately got back with me via email and phone. The manager contacted me to confirm everything that same day. The next morning the general manager called me to give me an idea of cost. My husband & I drove to the dealership that afternoon and when we got there, they actually increased their bid on my car. No low ball offer on the phone and then surprise you when you get there! Just the opposite and they were so pleasant & accommodating. Our salesman pulled the car inside since it was raining, I dealt directly with manager in his office regarding financing options, then the finance manager was first class. Overall the experience was the best we have ever had buying a car! Very enjoyable! Super Professional! They go above & beyond your expectations! "The Four Seasons or Nordstrom" level of service; hmmm I might say even higher level of customer service. Give them a try before buying; you will be very impressed. More

I put on about 35 let me start by saying that I am a professional real estate broker who has only about every kind of car you can imagine in my life. I put on about 35 to 40 thousand miles a year and lead a very busy lifestyleso when it comes to buying a car, I do my research and if I like the car I Drive, I buy it because time is money. I need to get in, get out, and get back to work. I've dealt with every kind of dealership, but I have never had the personal experience I had as was delivered to me by Land Rover of Fort Myers.Samantha was not pushy, and carefully listen to everything I told her,and then went out of her way to make things happen exactly the way I wanted them too. I was actually impressed with the people she works with I'm her boss all the way to the service department.I've never had a sales person or a dealership work as hard as they did for my business. They were trying to do much more than sell me a car, they were seriously taking steps to find a relationship that would last. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Samantha to anyone who is looking for an extraordinary car buying experience, and I will be back. More
