My second time purchase of a Lexus ES 350 with Nick Holden was better than the first time. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident in December 2023 and totaled my new car! Hallelujah!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽 I knew I wanted the same exact car and only trusted Nick to get it for me. This was a difficult task because this particular exterior and interior color is not easy to find (the reason I ended up in Florida looking while on vacation the first time). I had every bit of confidence that Nick, would find it again. I called Nick told him my story and he was up for the task. After searching (7) or more states he never gave up and FOUND my car, Yes, Nick went above and beyond to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He kept me informed during the entire process. Did I mention I live in Virginia? He told me the car would arrive on February 2, 2024 and I flew into Fort Lauderdale on February 1, 2024. I saw the car, test drove it and purchased it all in record timing! Nick sent the car to be cleaned, so it would be ready to be shipped to my front door in Virginia. Yes, I’m going to keep emphasizing that I live in Virginia. My process with Nick and Lexus of Pembroke Pines was smooth, efficient and quick. Nick and his team did an outstanding job and truly put a smile on my face and a leap in my heart. Teamwork makes the Dreamwork!
