"Lou oil pressure"

Bought two cars from this place. David and Nick are great. Loved it until problem occurred. I’m so disappointed. Had to tow the car twice because the control light Low Oil Pressure came on, and I was tool that it was because there was o low oil level, which is not true. I need to have extra oil with me, but it the same control light comes on, it’s not save to drive the car has 39,000 mil and the problem was because it was due for 40000 service which they charged me for $700. Scared to go out of town at this point. Have to have it checked privately to see what’s causing it. Never got follow up call or email for service eval.

From the beginning I was impressed with sales associate, Victoria. She was not pushy and she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. This is my 3rd VW dealer and I will be coming back to see Victoria when this lease is up. I didn't give 5 stars because of the long wait to sign paperwork and had to wait for car mats and owners manual.

I tend to be very thorough about researching car purchases, and it can take a lot of time to go over all the details and convince me that I've gotten the best possible deal. Even so, Victoria and the rest of the team at Joe Heidt stuck with me and were willing to work towards a deal until I was satisfied. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

After a bad experience at another dealer, I contacted Richard Song at Joe Heidt. Richard quickly understood my request and got back to me with a response within the promised 15 minutes. I was on a conference call at the time, so we went back and forth via text. By the time the call was over, we had agreed to terms and had a deal. I went to pick the car up the next day, and Richard came in on his day off to deliver it personally. I have bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was the best experience with the nicest and most competent salesperson yet. Thank you Richard and Joe Heidt!!

My current GTI lease wouldn't be up for 6 months. I told Robert I wasn't looking to buy right now, but was interesting in exploring what I could do when my lease was up. I told him I needed to cut down on my monthly expenses. We started talking about Jettas. He insisted on taking me for a test drive. I liked the car, but I wasn't thinking about getting it, certainly not right now. Robert said, let me speak to my manager and I will be right back. He came back and told me they had a deal for me. VW would buy my GTI as is, and I would get a Jetta with all the options I wanted. I would start to save $120.00 /mo on the new lease, and I wouldn't pay one cent for the GTI damages. I never thought that would be possible. It was a deal I couldn't refuse. He didn't try to chisel me down from some lesser offer, but came right out with a perfect plan for me. I was really worried about how much VW was going to charge me for the damages. I have leased many cars before this but never walked away feeling I got a great deal, and also another car I really enjoy driving. I've been driving the new Jetta for two days and love it. VW is just top quality.

Bought car in June. Horrible Customer Service after you buy. Delay on plates, missing key, Bank they financed with missing insurance information that I will supply. They do not return calls or answer emails in a timely fashion and sometimes just don't answer. Put in a complaint on line, no response. Key now in after 2 months and needs to be programmed. My son is told he needs to come during the day or 7:30-12:00 Saturdays. He is supposed to take off from his new job so he can accommodate their desired hours? He has driven across the bridge to stay in Rockland many times hoping to get his plates so he can get inspection done. Got plates when he called to say the temp plates expired and he could get a fine. Has been trying to get the key but they never found it so I asked them to order a new one. It has to be programmed so he said 6pm is when he can get there but no it can only be during the day. The car was not cheap, the fault is with the Dealership so they should accommodate my son. Horrible customer service but nice car
