Our sales consultant Nick McIntyre was great. Very professional and really nice. However, the finance manager Steve Sokoloff was pushy, obnoxious and aggressive in trying to sell us extra services. I’m a first time Infiniti owner and had a great experience. From my salesman to the manager and finance dept. they couldn’t have been more open and upfront. There was an issue with my vehicle after experience. From my salesman to the manager and finance dept. they couldn’t have been more open and upfront. There was an issue with my vehicle after I picked it up but the service dept. had already closed, so they contacted one of the service team who was on her way home and she turned around and was incredibly friendly. My vehicle was repaired the next day and all is good. More
