Another great experience with our service advisor, Nick and the service team at BMW of Sudbury. The car was experiencing a tire pressure monitor malfunction. They were able to get the car in quickly for se and the service team at BMW of Sudbury. The car was experiencing a tire pressure monitor malfunction. They were able to get the car in quickly for service, gave us a loaner vehicle, rectified the issue and performed the next scheduled maintenance. We're very happy with the service there! More

Appointment was secured in a timely fashion. Text updates were great. Being able to have a loaner vehicle is icing on the cake. My car was taken in on Wednesday. As I was there waiting on my loaner my advisor Nicholas handed me some paperwork to sign and with in a minute h was telling me to sign the bottom. I As I was there waiting on my loaner my advisor Nicholas handed me some paperwork to sign and with in a minute h was telling me to sign the bottom. I nodded my head and continued reading all the things they wanted me to inissue, as he repeated you can sign on the bottom. As I was finalizing everything he stated no smoking in the car. I thought that was weird considering there were 4 other boxes he didn't feel to mention that needed issues as well. Then he never contacted me after I left a couple of messages saying all I wanted to know was the progress of my vehicle. He finally called me back after speaking with his manager Saturday. Just all around was not happy with the way I was treated or serviced. I will not be going back to this place for nothing else. More
