After looking at cars at several different places on Saturday and having no luck in Shout out to Nicky and her awesome customer service this weekend! After looking at cars at several different places on Saturday and having no luck in my city, Milwaukee, I was exhausted and starting to believe that I was the Goldielocks of car buying; no car was "just right." On a whim I expanded my radius (again) on autotrader and found my perfect car at Metro Ford! Driving in from Milwaukee took longer than anticipated, and I ended up arriving just a bit before closing. Nicky already had the car ready and warm, always a plus in below freezing weather. During the test drive she was sociable yet professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured by her for a sale and she took the time to address all of my concerns thouroughly. I would definitely recommend Nicky to anyone looking for a fun and easy car buying experience! More
