I went in for a tricky fix, they should have told me from the get go that they couldn't fix it. After a couple days literally told me to take it to another dealership. I did, warranty company said since Bill the get go that they couldn't fix it. After a couple days literally told me to take it to another dealership. I did, warranty company said since Bill Currie started the work, they have to finish it. So now here I am 18 days in, and I'm fairly certain they haven't even submitted the pictures the warranty company. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Zero communication. They never call back when they say they will. Every time I walk in there 10 people are just standing around chit chatting like they don't have anything to do. Root of the problem is obviously management. Clearly they don't give two xxxxs about running the place. They have one customer to keep happy and that's all they care about. If your not in a TPD vehicle you will not get any kind of service from this place. So I'm left with paying out of pocket for a $3000 repair at a different shop, or waiting for them. All the while I'm paying $50 a xxxxing day for a xxxx rental car! These are the WORST mechanics in the world. More

When I ordered my F150 Limited, Sergio kept me informed regularly as to the build process along with the status of delivery. When I picked up the truck, he took his time going over all the details of it, e regularly as to the build process along with the status of delivery. When I picked up the truck, he took his time going over all the details of it, even though it was very late in the evening. I felt he was not rushed and I felt at ease. Not my first rodeo, having bought cars for 45+ years, I can honestly say this was a pain-free process. When I brought the truck in for maintenance, he called me directly to make sure everything was ok and I was having a smooth process. I might add, others who I encountered were just as professional. Buying a car or truck should always be a pressure free experience. The decision to purchase is stressful in it by itself, and adding upon it the making of a financial commitment, Bill Currie Ford minimized it and went far and beyond to make it stress-free. So much so, several months later, I sent my Son and fiancée there when they were looking at buying a used car. The General Manager Sean Sullivan who I had previously met, personally called him and arranged for the two of them to be taken care of. The used car salesman made sure they looked at vehicles only within their budget and needs. They both came back with their new (used) vehicle with a stress-free smile on their faces. They were ecstatic, as was I to see they were so happy, and with nothing but good things to say. Thanks Sergio, Geoff, Jason, Nicole, Alexa and Sean! More

I do not recommend Bill Curry Ford. My husband was having problems with his Bronco, brought it in to have 2 problems fixed, they told him both problems were because he had used the wron My husband was having problems with his Bronco, brought it in to have 2 problems fixed, they told him both problems were because he had used the wrong fluid in it, mind you he had only ever had it serviced at this location and had never done anything to it on his own. Furthermore, they kept his vehicle there for over a week, only to get it home and one of the problems still exist. We make a new appointment and bring it in at said date and time only to be told they wouldn't be able to get to it until 2 days later because they had allowed 40 cars to be added in, despite his appointment. It's said that this business values quantity over quality and clearly whatever they are doing when they service or fix your car is by someone unexperienced and that doesn't know what they are doing. He wouldn't have had either problem were it not for their mistake. Now we will be going to a different dealership and having to pay for their mistake twice. 👎 More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BILL CURRIE FORD IN TAMPA! ! My AC was cutting out, took it in to get fixed, cost me $1500, which I thought was steep. Problem not fixed. Took it in again, cost another $1500, p ! My AC was cutting out, took it in to get fixed, cost me $1500, which I thought was steep. Problem not fixed. Took it in again, cost another $1500, problem still not fixed. Called back to talk to the manager who told me she's not a service agent or mechanic. Had to ask her if she even worked at Bill Currie Ford. They want me to bring it in AGAIN for exploratory repairs which I assume will be another $1500 with no credit whatsoever from previous repairs. So let's see, $4500 for an AC repair which may or may not fix the problem? xxxx no!! I'm taking my car somewhere else and I will never, never, never, ever go back to Bill Currie ford. At a minimum, they need to train their managers on how to speak with people on the phone. She was rude, brash, and talked over me when explaining the situation. Now I don't expect special treatment, I just want my xxxx AC fixed and they've proven to me they're not capable of doing so. And they're not even nice about it. STAY AWAY FROM BILL CURRIE FORD!! More

Third time this has happened. Wow, hook up a computer and the code will tell you the problem. 48 hours late still no vehicle. Why make an appointment if you don't even look at the vehicle for 8 - 10 hours later? More

I was extremely disappointed in Veterans Ford service dept, so i traveled to Bill Currie to get my Explorer serviced, BIG BIG MISTAKE.... Dropped car off tues nite for a weds 12pm appt. Called 7 times w dept, so i traveled to Bill Currie to get my Explorer serviced, BIG BIG MISTAKE.... Dropped car off tues nite for a weds 12pm appt. Called 7 times weds for status with no answer or call back. WENT there thurs morning, was told car would be done by end of the day, called at 5:30 Chris would call back in 5 minutes they closed at 6 with no call... . Called fri morning, only after yelling at the receptionist did someone answer to say it would be done today. called an hour later, they are finishing up the car and chris will call back in 5 minutes. still waiting!!! as a car owner i'm pissed and a stock owner that will ending today and will be trading in the explorer and going with a company that values its costumers. Ford should be embarrassed by the conduct of their service department. More

Took my new Explorer in for its first oil change..after an hour wait..was told my running boards prevent their lift from raising my car and i would forever need to go to oil change places with a pit. Wut?..They did however gush that i got a free car wash...i drove out..went to Elder Ford and got it done with no issue. The service advisors said there absolutely is no issue raising my car. To further my disgust..i get a Carfax stating Bill Currie Ford replaced some brake parts..which was not true. I had to contact Ford to get that false service removed from my service history. When u sell a car..these repairs are visible on Carfax and this repair was falsely entered for whatever reason. Plus after leaving Currie Ford..my Ford app said oil was changed by them...Elder fixed that too More
