We brought in our son's Prius C because his 'maintenance' light had been on for a while. We assumed it was due for an oil change so we made an appointment. Our service consultant, Nicole, explained it just had an oil change in Feb and wouldn't need one until next Feb, so she saved us money there. She explained the service needed was the routine tire rotation and explained how we can understand what the maintenance light messages mean in the future - very helpful!

Dropoff, shuttle, payment by phone and after-hours pickup all went well. Everyone was friendly and communicative and the car was serviced quickly. Will certainly return for future service needs.
