I've been purchasing cars, trucks for about 32 years now. My Family works in the Automotive industry, so I understand some of the jargon the average person gets hit with. I'll just say this.... They do things right and make every customer important. Good people that actually work with YOU and not ON YOU. Gabe is more than fair - Casey knows his product. Recently had my vehicle serviced. It was due for 50k miles service and state inspection. They were original to the car when purchased new and wouldn’t be safe to drive through the winter. He helped me find tires suitable for my needs and within my budget. My car drives and handles just like new! They’re always very honest with pricing and recommended services. More

The staff at Stillman are knowledgeable, patient, courteous & very helpful. We dealt with many staff members, & this was true of each one. The process of purchase was smooth & completely unrushed. Even after purchase, when I stopped by with questions, someone was available to walk me through the answers. There was one very minor issue, which their service tech addressed immediately & completely while we were waiting. It’s so rare these days to find a business with such high standards. I want to start that over 35 years I have experienced many manufactures and dealerships. Benz, Lexus, Toyota, Jeep, Chrysler and even a KIA. I live in SJ, but in the past traveled 322 often. I was professionally treated to my certified 2020 S90 Momentum T6. My experience from the intro via the internet to close was outstanding. "Casey Truitt" was assigned to my opportunity and was tremendous to deal with and was extra helpful along the journey, Thanks Man! "Lauren Kratz", the master of all "center dash" display had me feeling like an expert during my vehicle, getting familiar with the awesome features and technology the S90 offers. The Team knows their *!$!&%* ! Finance did their job and I'm all warm and fuzzy, just like my S90.. Thanks John. I could not be more pleased with the fairness and "doing their job" approach by the entire staff that helped me. They became alllll about the $$$ they have extremely poor customer service, the manager is awful ! And they tried to give me a 7 percent rate my bank gave me a 4.5. Vehicle overview appreciated. As female senior citizen I am quite pleased with service staff's attention to 2004 Xc70 and service for 3 previous models. Past billing has included vintage car service discount for ongoing customers. Post COVID adjustments seem commendable. The review link for post service survey does not work, unfortunately, although received in a timely fashion. All service and parts personnel exceptionally helpful. More

Stillman Volvo offers the worst customer service imaginable. I’ve been to this company twice in the last month for the same issue, They performed a diagnostic test then charged me for what they sa imaginable. I’ve been to this company twice in the last month for the same issue, They performed a diagnostic test then charged me for what they said was the issue, when the check engine light came back on they told me it was another issue then charged me again for the issue now that the light came back on for the exact same issue they are refusing to guarantee there parts and they are refusing to give me a loner., for a issue that was suppose to have been resolve when they supposedly performed the first diagnostic test. Being as that’s what a diagnostic test is for to definitely find out why the check engine light is on. This particular company has scamming trait because the the worker are paid by commission giving them incentive to over charge.. The employee I dealt with is Mike don’t trust there services. More

Ryan Truitt is an exceptional human being, going far beyond what I ever expected! We purchased our first ever fully electric XC40 Recharge a year ago. I named her “Greta” Ryan not only set us up to h beyond what I ever expected! We purchased our first ever fully electric XC40 Recharge a year ago. I named her “Greta” Ryan not only set us up to have tutorials with Austin Zeitter, but also stayed helpful along the way. We were moving to California on the 25th of August, but the Stillman recommended Transporter was unable to pick our car up in time. Ryan took care of this for us, and our car was picked up at Stillman’s today. He even had her cleaned and ready with normal “gear-drive” for the Transport driver.
