Bulb Replacement I arrived at the dealer and was greeted neatly and easily transferred the keys over. I've been in twice -- Once was called a liar We purchased a car from this dealership. the car had 4400 miles on it. We went back to have the mud flaps we ordered put on as well as had the batte We purchased a car from this dealership. the car had 4400 miles on it. We went back to have the mud flaps we ordered put on as well as had the batteries replaced in our key fobs (because it said they were low, which seems weird for a car with 4400 on it.. but whatever) and have the windshield wipers replaced. The wipers and the batteries were covered under the warranty and the mud flap installation was offered, at the time of purchase by the finance person, to be installed for free. The service guy, Nik, told my wife that they don't give free installs and that she was "trying to get something for free". He could have went to the finance guy and asked... instead he called her a liar. Once he did talk to the finance team and it was figured out that we were indeed promised free install. He seemed very angry about that, as if my wife was taking food from his babies. He then asked about other things we needed. When we mentioned the Key fob batteries and the windshield wipers his response was, "You're trying to get all sorts of things for free today." He then came back and mentioned that the requests for Fob batteries and Wipers are covered by our warranty. Never apologized for treating my wife so badly. He then said, "I'm not helping you, this guy will." And someone else came over. My wife said at some point she dealt with someone she thinks name was Alex... and he seemed nice. There are all sorts of reasons NOT to use this dealership for service or to buy a car. The car we purchased didn't come with a owners manual. We asked for a replacement. they said, "We'll get you one. You need one." 2 months later, no manual. When we purchased the car, they said it had 3300 miles on it. When we drove off the lot, after sitting there for 5 hours when we came in knowing which car we wanted, it actually had 4400 miles on it. No one bothered to check the odometer when we bought it and we didn't want to go back in and wait another ungodly amount of time for everything to be fixed. More
