My name is Nikkie Traficante, and I have been with Fuccillo Nissan since 2019, and now part of the Wally's Family! I’m a proud wife and mom in a Military Family. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, and making memories! I have been in the industry since the 16/17 Nissan Model Year. I love it, and my love started early on! Growing up I spent many summers and weekends at car shows with my family, enjoying and learning everything cars! I have taken this passion to Wally's with me, where I enjoy getting to know each of my customers, and helping them find their dream ride! This was our first time with Wally's and John helped us with purchasing our car. He was calm, kind and professional. He is just starting out, but I think he will be a great representative for Wally's. The with purchasing our car. He was calm, kind and professional. The finance department was wonderful at the signing and purchasing of the car, but when we came in to drop off our previous lease, she didn't even acknowledge us. I was hoping Wally's was going to be different in that regard, but just like every other dealership in our past, after the contract was signed, they ignored you. John, however, was as polite and professional as when we first stopped in to purchase the car. We traded in a car and I forgot to sign the title and I had to remind them of that. The finance representative, Nikki, was sitting the whole time behind the desk and forgot all about it and still didn't acknowledge us when I reminded them of the title. Thank you, John! More

Bryan was very informative, patient, and all around wonderful to work with. Any questions I had he was ready to answer and if he needed to find out more information for an answer he did quickly. I went in there with my fiancé for me to purchase a car that I alone was paying for, and the first individual that “helped “us was very abrupt very unprofessional and obviously does not live in the century that I alone was paying for, and the first individual that “helped “us was very abrupt very unprofessional and obviously does not live in the century. She completely ignored me and focused on talking to my boyfriend, and he repeatedly said to her all the decisions are her I’m just here, and then she proceeded to continue to ignore me. We were just about to get up and leave and Nikkie approached me and asked if there was an issue.I decided to still lease the vehicle there and then had regretted it again. Nothing was ready for me when we got there, and I spent close to two hours there, trying to pick up the car between the coverage that no one had told me was necessary on a leased vehicle to the paperwork that was needed. I unfortunately feel it was a very unprofessional atmosphere. The wait was incredibly long and over all the service was poor. More
