I traded in my 2020 tundra for a new 2022 tundra and due to a manufacture defect, the engine had to be replaced with less than only 21,500 miles. I was very concerned and was looking at the possibility of c to a manufacture defect, the engine had to be replaced with less than only 21,500 miles. I was very concerned and was looking at the possibility of changing car manufacturers, but the general manager (Dustin) at the Burleson family Toyota and my sales person Manny turned what could have been a very bad situation into a good one and I appreciate their hard work and dedication to excellent service. My family and I have purchased around 12-14 vehicles in the past 12 years from Family Toyota and it looks like we will continue to be a part of the Toyota family in Burleson. I can't say enough good things about the people at that location, including Brandon Smith in the service department and so many other people that work there who are just good people. More

Loved the dealership it is very nice, clean and comfortable. I spent quite a bit of time in the dealership during my transaction so being comfortable was very important to me. Manny, my salesman, was exceptional! During our first meeting, he stayed late to explain in detail every question my aunt and I had. If he didn’t know, he was honest and found someone who did know. He provided me with a rental vehicle while my car was being prepared/ serviced…although I don’t think this was something they normally did he worked with his team to make it happen and for that I’m greatly appreciative. I will definitely recommend Family Toyota of Burleson for the top notch service provided, but most of all because of Manny and his genuine nature and honesty. More
