the dealership accepted the USAA pricing without question which made for a pleasant transaction. Norm was patient with us throughout the buying process and was very helpful with good advice so that we eneded up with the right options package for our needs. we got the GDI engine with 32MPG. Our evaluation of the dealership would be straight 5's (perfect score) if it were based only on our salesman. The score is reduced due to interactions with other staff/management of the dealership. Overall we had a great buying experience, and would send our friends to see Norm for their next car. More

I went into the dealership on June 14th 2011, looking for a mini van. I sat down with Norm and talked about numbers and what i wanted to spend monthly. On Wednesday June 15th, Norm had called me to tell me that my credit was not the greatest and that I would need a co-signer, so I gave him my mothers number and he called right away. Thrusday I went to the dealership and talked about a differnt option. So I purchased a 2012 Kia Sedona. Norm and the other salesman were 100% awesome. I would totally recommend their services. I heard about Kia Country from a friend who had bought a car there. I went to two dealerships beforehand while looking for a car, but both experiences were unfavorable. After that, I was just about to giv car there. I went to two dealerships beforehand while looking for a car, but both experiences were unfavorable. After that, I was just about to give up on dealerships and their overly pushy dealers. When I had arrived at Kia Country I expected a similar experience, but the opposite was the case. Norm was not only friendly, but also did not exert too much pressure at any time, which led to a stress free deal. Overall, would definitely go back to purchase another car at some point. More
