Dishonest employees from Tech, service advisor as well as Customer relations Manager. Claimed to make Recall repairs (4) failed to calibrate SAS, Did not perform health check to verify quality of repair and Customer relations Manager. Claimed to make Recall repairs (4) failed to calibrate SAS, Did not perform health check to verify quality of repair and stated the car was test driven on freeway after repairs, which did not happen. According to the mileage in/out. I find it very concerning that Safety Recall Repairs were handled with such negligence. ABS, EPS SYSTEMS had "repairs" done but they didn't bother to verify repairs were completed properly before returning the car to its 75yr old owner. Also they closed the Recalls as if they were completed Correctly...Im at a loss for words More

I walked into the Puente Hills Dealership, and I was helped by Lana and Danny. Lana was very nice and I felt like I could trust her when I first interacted with her. I told them that I was on the Longo waitlist, and Danny said that he worked there before and that they also charge a huge mark up for those who are put on the waitlist. I'm fairly confident that he was lying about that. They also tried to get me to pay a $10,000 mark up, and then they discounted it by $2,000 acting like it was a great deal. Just be careful of these people. They will try to charge you the most that they can get out of you. More
