While we started off on a bad note, my service advisor did end up doing their best to assist me with my issue. I understand that it wasn’t easy on both ends, I was stressed about a car I just got having t did end up doing their best to assist me with my issue. I understand that it wasn’t easy on both ends, I was stressed about a car I just got having transmission issues, and sort of arguing with my service advisor, which didn’t help his job in any way. But his continued efforts to help me with my situation worked in my favor because the dealer was able to get my entire service covered. I’m glad they relieved me of this, and I would definitely recommend talking to this dealership about your issue so that they can further assist you to the best extent possible. More

This dealership is far and beyond any dealership I've done business with including Lexus (where I owned 4). Rick Case rocks. They exceeded every expectation I required. They are responsive, attentive, go out of their way to answer questions as well as making you feel part of the team. No pressure, and they listen to you. I was treated as a VIP which was endearing. This dealership is like a well oiled machine. Everything done is quality plus including smiling employees that are there to make your experience the best. And it is THE BEST I have enjoyed with dealership I purchased from. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I had the pleasure of working with Carlos Cercone. I was treated with respect, he had a friendly personality, he took his time explaining things I didn't understand as the technology today can be overwhelming. Salesman quoted us numbers but which we agreed to but during signing for the very last document which was the lease they had inflated numbers. Don’t buy from them or watch your back or they will rip you during signing for the very last document which was the lease they had inflated numbers.
