We were very disappointed in the salesman at this dealership.. We made an appt. in advance(2 DAYS) with Oscar to look at a particular vehicle that just arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us and too dealership.. We made an appt. in advance(2 DAYS) with Oscar to look at a particular vehicle that just arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us and took us outside to show us the vehicle.The first thing he said, outside "are you going to buy today"? I replied, “if we find the right vehicle that my wife likes.He immediately said he was in a hurry he had someone else inside for an appt. I let his comment go. We got into the vehicle and he explained the different features. I told him we wanted to take a test ride. He said, “you want to drive it?” Yes! My wife got into the drivers seat, and he said he had a planned route! She drove down the street maybe 3/4 mile and he told her to make an u-turn and right back to dealership. He said we could not go to far as it was new car. He said they only had a few of the cars and it would sell today. ( I thought not to us!).We parked and left. We didn't buy the vehicle from this dealership from Oscar, He said he had best price, no one could beat, their pricing.. I asked about the sticker price? The vehicle was marked up $2000 over sticker (MRSP).". He said it was a market adjustment. We found the same trim vehicle at another dealer for sale $2000 cheaper( no market adjustment). More

I’ve purchased many new and used vehicles from dealerships over my 56 years. This was without a doubt the easiest, hassle free experience ever. Everything was handled online in advance and the dealerships over my 56 years. This was without a doubt the easiest, hassle free experience ever. Everything was handled online in advance and the vehicle was delivered to me 2 hours away. One minor glitch is that the vehicle showed up with a rock chip that likely occurred during delivery. The salesman {Oscar) made it right the same day and actually swapped out the hood with a brand new one. What more can i ask for? More
