As good as he was, in the finance department, Paul Park was outstanding. I would give 6 stars if I could. He was a down to Earth guy who wanted us to get the best rate for our new vehicle. He was respectable and accommodating throughout the entire process. We talked on a personal level and he didn't make you feel like another sale, but an actual person who mattered. It made the world of difference in purchasing my new vehicle and I left as happy with the conversation I had as I was with a brand new vehicle. I hope everyone requests these two individuals as they made my entire experience worthwhile. More

After all, Osvandy made it feel like I was driving another family member as he described the car features without overbearing me and just gave me the straight facts when it came to questions about any missing features of the vehicle compared to other cars available at this time. Kelvin was very clear with all the finance options and what other warranties I could purchase. I never felt rushed throughout the experience, and the manager was lovely to meet and address my concerns with a smile. Appreciate all of their work and how they resolved issues given their time constraints trying to cater to hundreds of potential buyers.
