I purchased a 2019 Lexus ES 350. Upon with you in the car I was only even one key. I have to take the key to Crown Lexus and it cost me $500 to get duplicated which made me very upse Upon with you in the car I was only even one key. When chrome Lexus inspected the vehicle it was determined that the plugs were not there and the rear shock was leaking. These issues should’ve been taken care of before selling the car to me. I am very disappointed with the purchase of my vehicle. On 7/22/2022, I spoke with the Service Manager Marisela. She apologize for any inconvenience that I encountered and reimbursed the cost of $500 for the key that I had to make. I appreciate that she made everything right and would absolutely recommend Claremont Toyota as a place that is professional and takes care of their customers. Thank you Marisela, you made my day. More

My recent purchase at Claremont Toyota was a great experience. I had been in the market for a car for some time. I had recently acquired a service dog and making him go in and out of a 1989 pickup was experience. I had been in the market for a car for some time. I had recently acquired a service dog and making him go in and out of a 1989 pickup was not ideal for him. I decided to go with a hybrid vehicle with plug in capabilities. I specifically wanted a RAV4 Prime, red in color with the XSE trim, and I wouldn’t settle for anything else despite the wait time. Ernesto at Claremont Toyota went to work and called me the second a RAV4 Prime arrived at the dealer, and by chance it was the exact vehicle I wanted. Pablo took over and handled the test drive and paperwork and made sure I got the best price for a vehicle in very high demand, he really took care of me. Ricky at finance was a joy to work with on the lease agreement and my wife and I were driving the vehicle in less than a hour. I have always purchased vehicles at CarMax because I don’t like the hassle of dealers, but after going through my experience at Claremont Toyota. I can guarantee like the “Terminator”, I’ll be back. More
