Travis from Alan Webb was great. He was very personable. He was not pushy. I went in on a Saturday to see what I could get for a trade in. I got pricing on the car I wanted and asked He was very personable. He was not pushy. I went in on a Saturday to see what I could get for a trade in. I got pricing on the car I wanted and asked if I could take some time to think about it. I had my car foe 12 years and a new car and payment was scary. Travis text me Sunday just to check in and see how I was feeling about everything. After talking with him they made it worth my while to come back and trade my car and get into the new car I wanted. Travis was great through the whole process and I am so thankful for his help! More

David Killion went above and beyond to help me and made sure there were no more miscommunication issues, he kept updating me on the daily basis of my car status which was greatly appreciated. Also every one in the Service department is super friendly and they fix my car issues lighting fast. I had such a great experience with the service department. I "camped out" in your nice lounge area with my lunch and book, preparing to be there at least until 14:00. Imagine my surprise when Brian handed me the key and told me the trax was done shortly after 10:00. Poor Brian. I gave him the biggest hug. We had never bought a new car before. Jamie and the team helped us navigate a very stressful time and helped us get the best deal possible with all available discounts to get us into a new 2019 Traverse. We were so impressed by the new lifetime power train warranty I traded up to a new Malibu for my car as well. Two cars in a week. We would not have done that if they did not work as hard as they did. Pam got us a rental and had us out the door the first day. She did great.
