Overall a great Experience From the beginning to end this was an overall great experience. Being that I work a 9-5 I didn't really have time for endless amounts of phone call From the beginning to end this was an overall great experience. Being that I work a 9-5 I didn't really have time for endless amounts of phone calls that many of the other dealers try and push onto you. Pam was very great at recognizing this early and we had many conversations via e-mail. It didn't take her and I long to get an agreement on the price (which was great!) and the exact model I was looking for. When I went down there to make my purchase Pam picked me up from where I was staying and took me to Elk Grove to finalize everything. The whole process only took about 2.5 hours but it probably could've been an hour less if I didn't take so long inspecting the vehicle and asking questions. Pam was amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout this whole process. Now to Mike at finance, Mike was a very pleasant and down to earth man who related to me very quickly. Being that I am an Accountant I was excited to meet Mike at finance. Mike was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff and It didn't take long until we were both smiling and high-fiving each other for saving even me more money. I can not stress how great Pam and Mike were. They made my first car purchase a breeze and very stress free. I know next time I or any of my friends gets a vehicle it will be from Pam & Mike at Elk Grove Subaru. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!! More

My wife and I have been looking at vehicles for 3 years, saving along the way. We also have been listening to the CarProUsa , with Jerry Reynolds who guided us to the "right" dealer. We listened to his reviews of the Subaru and knew we couldn't go wrong, plus he sent us to Elk Grove Subaru where we enjoyed a great deal and great service on our visit. Mike Carlson, Internet Sales and Pam Verduzco Internet Sales Manager helped us to reach our goal , along with the help Dave Lang the General Sales Manager. We had all the details worked out before we arrived. No fuss, no messing around, straight talk. A couple of hours of paper work, a test drive and a lot of personal information on the vehicle and we were on our way home. My wife's smile is still ear to ear, which makes me smile a lot too. I am confident in our vehicle and wife's safety in the Sierra Nevada mountains, and that means everything to me. Thanks guys, great job! More

Received a response the same day from Pam Verduzco, both via email and phone call. We set an appointment for the following Tuesday, then changed our minds and went one day earlier. We had already discussed the possibility of trade in, and had an idea of what they would offer. When we got there, the car we were interested in, 2015 Subaru Forester, was standing ready for our test drive! We already had an "out the door" price from Pam, plus when they checked out our trade in we were very happy with what they offered us, so it was all good. Great experience with both Pam and Mike the finance guy. Love our new car. More

After scouring the internet for the vehicle I wanted (which I Elk Grove Subaru was recommended to me by a friend who purchased a car from them last. After scouring the internet for the vehicle I wanted (which I swear NO ONE had) I sought them out to help me. Low and behold they had 3 subarus that fit pretty close to my description. It was so nice to hear a "yes we have that in stalk " rather than a "no but we can order it for you." ( especially because I didn't have a few days to wait. They were knowledgable, honest, understanding and willing to do whatever they could to get me the car I waned at the price I was wanted. It was a very stress free easy going environment. 10 years from now when I'm ready to trade in my vehicle I know exactly where I'll be shopping for my next one ;) Thanks Elk Grove Subaru, I Love my new care and couldn't be happier.
