We took are car in for the 50K service. We got a call indicating some more minor repairs, including a "check-engine" light, were needed. It was $100+ for them to investigate the "check engine" light, so we approved that. When we went to pick it up, the service guy said the light was on because the gas cap was not completely screwed in. At first I thought "great....$100 to screw the gas cap" but the service guy said he did not charge for it! I was quite pleased at their honesty and them not charging them for investigating the engine light issue. Plus, in their waiting room, they provided free cold bottles of water! Nice touch.
