Patrick and Omar took a bad situation and completely changed the predicted outcome. Patient, insightful, honest and very thorough. Took care of my needs and exceeded any expectation I had. Worst seller ever. A person without commitment. He confirm that the vehicle was available and when I was 20 minutes from the dealer he told me that he sold it. They mak A person without commitment. Everything went well. Only problem was the amount of waiting time. I was led to believe the paperwork to finalize the sale would not take long—it took over 1.5 hours. I know that’s a very busy place but I just happened to have been in a bit of a hurry that day since I had an almost 600 mile drive to make. Also I didn’t understand for sure why everything needed to be completed since the vehicle had not yet arrived. Admittedly, I don’t think I asked why. All’s well that ends well and my past experience with Toyotas has been great. More
