Originally from Grand Island Ne - I started in the Automotive business in 1983 and have 20+ years -I've stopped counting in the Automotive sales Industry. I absolutely love helping people buy a new vehicle. I don't care if it's a $5,000 vehicle or a $100,000+ vehicle my process is the same! I try to make your experience stress free, relaxing and fun! Buying a vehicle is an important purchase in most people's lives and I believe it should be a enjoyable and fun experience!

As a Honda kind of guy, it was a no brainer to go to Markely. However, Patty really impressed me with her patience, knowledge, and persistence to make sure I found the deal that worked for me. Patty Nelson helped me and I was so grateful for her help! She’s awesome! I called ahead and she had everything ready for me when I went in. It was fast and had everything ready to go. I had never even thought of looking for let alone purchasing a car over the internet. Because I was looking for a specific year and model I decided to give it a try even though I wouldn't get a chan purchasing a car over the internet. Because I was looking for a specific year and model I decided to give it a try even though I wouldn't get a chance to kick the tires! I am very pleased to say that on the first search on Cars.com I found what I was looking for at Markley Motors in Fort Collins, Colorado.... 1,100 miles away from my home in California. I submitted an inquiry about my amazing find and had an immediate response from the salesperson I chose from Markley's website, Patty Nelson. MS Nelson provided a Very thorough personal video of the interior and exterior of the car and even pointed out a small scratch on the right rear quarter panel. When I had a question regarding a piece of equipment that would be stored in the trunk, she went back to the lot and videoed the inside of the trunk to show me that it was there. My "new to me" car is now on its way to my garage after a stress free agreement on sales price. I would highly recommend working with Patty Nelson and Markley Motors when looking for a great customer service experience. More

The only way this transaction could have been better is if the car was free with Patty dropping it off at our front door. In the real world, the folks at Markley presented the car just as advertised...n if the car was free with Patty dropping it off at our front door.
