The worst place in America to buy a car. . I bought a pre-owned certified.. with full of problems.. like the modem for ford pass not working.. the horn defective.. the rims bents.. tires no . I bought a pre-owned certified.. with full of problems.. like the modem for ford pass not working.. the horn defective.. the rims bents.. tires no good . 3 days after I got the car. Had to take it to service. And now is 47 days and went 2 times for service and the manager say is not his problem. That I have to fix and pay out of pocket cuz warranty. Blah blah blah.. is the worst place to get help after u buy your car. Dont buy your car here. Recommend. More

Fette has you covered and they bend over backwards to help you. I can attest to that as I have dealt with them for years. More

Shopping for a new car isn’t always the easiest. You’re there sometimes hours at a time. My husband and I were referred to Mario Castellanos at Fette Ford. Not only was he super patient with us but he understood and delivered exactly what he wanted. Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises), the transaction was quick and easy, and Mario was so professional and very polite. This was a start of a new relationship. We will certainly continue to buy/lease from him and refer him to our friends and family. We highly recommend working with Mario Castellanos when visiting Fette Ford Kia. More
