Later that day when my husband was telling me about his experience he described Paul as "a cool guy and not one of those pushy, annoying sales people". So right from the start, we felt comfortable working with Paul. He spent several hours working with us, by getting to know what we really wanted in a new vehicle and he must have answered a hundred of our questions! He was really knowledgeable and straight with us when he didn't know the answer. He seemed genuinely interested about any concerns we brought up. After all of our paperwork was done, Paul went through the entire vehicle to give us a quick run down of how things worked. He set up our Sync account, helped us pair our phone, and even went through a navigation search using the voice commands. Cody Graf was the finance person who finalized our paperwork. He made the process go very smooth and worked hard to ensure we were comfortable with and understood the terms of our agreement. We were short on time towards the end of the process and Cody made sure the documents were ready for us when we arrived. He tried to make things as convenient for us as possible. We really appreciated his efforts. Before leaving, Dan Dorsch came out to meet us. He was very friendly and thanked us for our purchase. This has never happened before and it was pretty awesome. This was our best vehicle experience and we highly recommend this dealership. More

Because of my positive experiences at Dorsch, I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle. Paul went out of his way to help us--and gave great advice. Once again, Debbie worked her magic and got us a low rate and also helped us learn more about our purchase. These professionals even stayed late--beyond regular hours--to help my daughter and me. We now have two KIAs in the family, and we couldn't be happier with our vehicles. I always recommend Dorsch--they take good care of us and will take good care of you. More

Good Experience We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter. We started with Rob Harrill on the west side. After taking a few cars for a test drive, we decided on a vehicle. The problem was that they didn't have the model/style on the west side. Rob was very helpful and looked in the computer to see the inventory at the east side. He recommended we speak with Paul Brault on the east side. They had the vehicle there. Paul Brault was very nice. He answered our questions and wasn't pushy. We purchased the vehicle. After we purchased the car, one of the keys weren't programmed correctly. Paul was able to set us up with Jacob who programmed a new key for us quickly. We would definitely work with them again. Thank you! More

He was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. At no point did we feel pressured, or on someone else's timeline to make a decision. Their inventory was good which allowed us to look at multiple options within the same lot. Every vehicle we sat in was clean and ready to drive away in (which was unlike some other dealerships we had gone to). Paul responded to our many questions and phone calls quickly. We are thrilled about our purchase and feel very comfortable coming back to Dorsch with any questions in the future. More
