They have a great selection of cars that are reasonably priced and are all worth what they're asking for them. We left feeling satisfied that we had spent our money on something that was well worth it, not like other dealers that over charge for cars that all have issues. We still have the first car we bought there 5 years ago still runs great and we wanted to go to a dealership that we trusted and knew would sell us a great car. NEVER AGAIN! My 20 year old son who just completed his Army basic training and AIT purchased a Toyota Tacoma ...less than 11 weeks later we had his truck inspecte My 20 year old son who just completed his Army basic training and AIT purchased a Toyota Tacoma ...less than 11 weeks later we had his truck inspected locally before he drove by himself back to college (CT to GA ) He was told his horn did not work and the malfunctioning part may compromise his air bag. We called H and S to see if under warranty NO ONE RETURNED CALLS! Our sales person had left..everytime we left a message we were promised a call back. H and S knew he was under a time constraint due to his classes starting...We had the part replaced locally..Over two weeks ago I called again informing them that we had to have the work completed and the bill was $625...again promised a call back..nothing....I called again today..finally was called back ....stating that "Yes, that would have been covered but the work had to be done at their dealership since we are less than 40 miles away" We easily would have taken the truck back their but NO ONE EVER RETURNED ANY CALLS!!! More

Thanks for the Lemon 1 star on Google, but 0 stars in spirit. My partner and I came to find him a new car, as his was recently totaled. We found a listing at H & S Aut 1 star on Google, but 0 stars in spirit. My partner and I came to find him a new car, as his was recently totaled. We found a listing at H & S Auto for a 2010 Ford Escape, and decided to schedule a test drive. We spoke with a salesman named George who failed to disclose that all cars sold on the lot were to be purchased as-is. He chimed on about how great the car was, how up-to-date it was on its maintenance, and how when the car was to be purchased, their team of mechanics would make sure it was safe and ready to be driven off the lot. The test drive was smooth, but limited to the surrounding neighborhood. We were unable to drive the car on the highway. It seemed as though the car was in good working condition. We purchased the car, and their team took it into the shop. We were called on the day of service and alerted they would be replacing a piece of the sub-frame that was cracked. We would later find out this was NEVER the case, and we were blatantly lied to. After purchasing the car - and waiting well over a week for it to be ready - my partner took it to his mechanic for inspection and maintenance, just to be certain there were no glaring problems before he took it on the highway. Our mechanic discovered the suspension was completely shot and the right axle was leaking... despite only having driven the car ONCE off the lot! The suspension was in such disarray, he suggested we take the car to a local body shop. My partner called H & S Auto to inform them of this, and the sales manager was less than happy to hear about the state of the car. He was kind enough to help my partner make a case to the owner... who told him because the car was sold as-is, he refused to do anything about the lemon he sold us. If the car was supposed to be sold "as-is"... why would you lie about changing out the subframe? I hope any potential customers are aware of who you're dealing with - and what kind of cars they're trying to sell to you. More
