Be careful with what they promise you about warranties during the test drive and the sales process and with what they change when you are in the financing department when you buy a 'certified' pre-owned' during the test drive and the sales process and with what they change when you are in the financing department when you buy a 'certified' pre-owned' car. I previously had a decent experience buying here, but I walked away quite unhappy with my most recent purchase. I do trust the service department here and that is why this review still has two stars and not less. More

I really had a very good experience at Mt Holly Nissan. I worked with several employees during my transaction and everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get the car I wanted for a good price. A win in my book! My salesperson Michael was great to work with. He didn't apply a lot of pressure, was very respectful and did a thorough job making sure I knew what the features of the car were so I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. My buying experience was great. The car I was interested in, which we found on-line, was at the Woodbury location. When we contacted the Mt.Holly dealership they offered to bring the car to their location in, which we found on-line, was at the Woodbury location. When we contacted the Mt.Holly dealership they offered to bring the car to their location because it was much more convenient for us. Bill Green greeted us when we arrived and after a test drive, I decided to buy the car. Bill was very helpful in going through the entire buying process. The financing was quick and easy. Paul explained all the options available and was thorough when answering my question. I left the dealership in my new car feeling very positive about the whole experience. More
